San Valentino Golf Club

A Symphony of Golf and Relaxation

In the homonymous hamlet of the municipality of Castellarano, you’ll find the San Valentino Golf Club, where the balance seems decidedly tilted in favor of nature, and where services ensuring maximum comfort blend together perfectly, with greenery simultaneously serving as both the backdrop and frame for an irreplaceable setting. Within an area spanning over 150 hectares, enriched by four lakes, the San Valentino Golf Club is not just a golf course but a true corner of paradise.

Among the most technically challenging in Italy and already the venue for Italian Championships and Federal Championships, it presents a highly intriguing layout due to its hilly morphology and gentle elevation changes between the holes. The greens, exceptionally fast, are nearly all protected by bunkers, while the fairway design offers constantly changing difficulties and thrills to be experienced within an exhilarating landscape.

Hello everyone! I played at this club last Sunday and was impressed by the beauty of the scenery. There were many players on the course but an almost absolute silence reigned. The design is very fun, with different holes from each other in a hilly setting. Rough cut very low to facilitate play (since course is very technical). Greens in good condition, smooth and fairly fast. It had rained a lot the day before. Restrooms, very friendly staff and excellent restaurant. I also had a Sauna, located in the Relax Zone. They also have a beautiful summer pool, in the middle of a very nice hood. An absolute gem to visit!

I played this course with my brother on an overcast day as the club members held a match play competition, Ryder Cup style. They welcomed me with a smile and great kindness in their magnificent and cozy clubhouse. The course has a beautiful design, despite two holes with blind starts. Tees, fairways and rough in perfect condition, as were the greens, except for one that was ruined by mole cricket. The bunkers had little sand, but all in all were playable. Exciting scenery! I really had a wonderful day, ending with an excellent lunch at the Club House Restaurant.

Hilly course, one of the toughest ever played... first 9 holes difficult, second ones are slightly better... good maintenance and facilities.
